Scorched: Let us go in, the fog is rising

[ When the video goes on, a tiny little girl with bright pink hair is smiling and waving excitedly at the camera. Her fingers are covered in a multitude of various bright colors, blues and greens and yellows and pinks, and she has crayon scrapings under her fingernails, but doesn't seem to notice at all. ]

Hi everyone! I'm Yachiru!

[ Says very, very brightly!

Ever since that horrible few days last week when everybody had really, really bad dreams and Yachiru saw and felt the most terrible things, she decided that she would try to do something nice for everyone to try and cheer them up. Especially because so many of the dreams were really, really sad, and Yachiru hates that she's too helpless to do anything about it other than watch. Especially that dream with Byakushi which wasn't really a dream after all...

It took a little while for her to get all her supplies and she tried a lot of things before she decided on something she liked best! And now she gets to try and help, and that makes her happy! ]

Um, I wanted to do something kinda nice for everyone 'cuz everybody had such sad dreams. So I drew you all a picture!!

[ And then Yachiru puts the Forge down so it's balanced against something and she lifts up a drawing and holds it out to the camera so it fills up the whole screen. ]



The flowers are real happy cuz they're special heart flowers! So they got special powers and they can fight all the bad feelings and make 'em go away! So if you're sad and you want a special heart flower, just tell me and I'll make one for you, kay?

[ Yachiru pulls the drawing away so she's holding it right under her chin and grins. ]

I can draw lots of things so if you want something special just say!

[ She pauses and scrunches up her face a little as though she's trying to think of if there's anything else for her to say. But it's only for a moment before she smiles again and shrugs. ]

Kay, that's all! Bye-bye!

[ Waves again and turns the feed off. ]
