In my world most creatures do not speak. Not in ways that people can hear.

In the real world, no... but the Digital World has many creatures, both animal and humanoid.

Mine is a Digimon called Wormmon, he looks like a green silk worm. He's my best friend.

Animals make sounds of their own, but if you are asking about human speech, animals were not capable of it in my world.

Animals do not speak in my world that I know of, no. Not even my dragons, when I've known dragons here to speak.

In my world there are very few who can hear the voices of animals, and most who do still need help.

Mmm, in Oz there were animals and Animals. The latter were just as humans and could very well have wonderful conversations.

Where I'm from, animals tend not to speak. Though I guess there's an exception or two. Like the Cheshire Cat. But he's a chain. [Can he count B.Rabbit? He's not going to mention that anyway.]
