First off, welcome to all those who are new to Anatole.

Second of all, my name is Dr. Spencer Reid, Vice Commander of the Police Division of the Alliance, normally under the command of Commander Byakuya Kuchiki. At the moment, Commander Kuchiki is overseeing the Alliance as a whole, so I've been overseeing the day to day operations of the Division.

Unlike the Patrol and Search & Rescue Divisions, the Police Division is responsible for investigating the crimes that happen in Anatole, from petty up to and including murder. We are here for everyone in Anatole, but especially those who have come through the door and have found themselves in this strange city.

Most of it, yes. Obviously, we have to keep some details of ongoing investigations classified for the time being.

Not specifically, no. Merely a curiosity of what has happened in the city, being a relatively recent arrival.

[Maker preserve us if it is, anyways. Byakuya was good enough as a commnder, but there was a great deal of territory in the divide between leader of a squadron and the leader of a— well, almost a political entity. Aveline prefers optimism but Anatole, and life, have taught her better.]

I've been vice commander of the Police Division since the Red Elves invasion a year and a half ago. I do have rank back home as well, but I don't normally use it unless I'm forced to.
